In short: Through Oros.pl you can borrow from PLN 500 to PLN 20,000 for 30 days at an APR (RRSO) of 297.57% under standard terms. A new customer can get a first loan of PLN 7,000 at 0% APR, but only if it is repaid on time; after the due date the same loan costs PLN 840.90. You can apply for more than PLN 7,000 only after logging in.
What the Oros.pl online loan is
According to the legal notice on Oros.pl, the lender is Talaros sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (ul. Domaniewska 37 lok. 2.43, KRS 0000909985). Fincapital sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000653383) acts as an intermediary between the customer and the lender, and you sign the contract with the represented lending institution. Fincapital is the recipient of repayment transfers.
It is a single 30-day loan handled online, meant for a short gap in your budget, not as a substitute for a bank loan.
APR and loan cost
The APR under standard terms is 297.57%. That is the figure in the representative example on Oros.pl, and our database holds the same value (checked by our editors on 14.10.2026).
Representative example: a PLN 4,000 loan for 30 days, variable interest rate 14.5%, total cost PLN 480.50 (commission PLN 432.83, interest PLN 47.67), total amount to repay PLN 4,480.50. On top of that there is a one-off registration fee of PLN 0.01.
First Promotional Loan. The lender's example: PLN 7,000 for 30 days. If repaid on time, the APR is 0.00%, the cost is PLN 0.00 and you repay PLN 7,000. Without timely repayment, the APR is 297.58%, the cost is PLN 840.90 (commission PLN 757.48, interest PLN 83.42) and the amount to repay is PLN 7,840.90. According to the FAQ, the promotion applies to a person who does not yet have a loan at Oros.pl, takes at least PLN 7,000 and repays on time. The maximum first loan is also PLN 7,000. Details are in the First Promotional Loan promotion rules on Oros.pl.
Against the market: in our comparison of 34 non-bank loan offers (as of 15.10.2026) this offer ranks 25th by standard-terms APR, counting from the lowest. The median APR is 176.61%, and the lowest APR belongs to Smartney (17.11%). This compares offers listed on BankSorter, not the whole market.
Our calculation
Standard terms: 480.50 / 4,000 × 100 = 12.01. In this example, every PLN 100 borrowed costs about PLN 12.01 for 30 days.
Promotion: repaid on time, the PLN 7,000 loan costs PLN 0.00. Being late with the same loan means a cost of PLN 840.90, i.e. 840.90 / 7,000 × 100 = PLN 12.01 per PLN 100. Here, the due date is worth PLN 840.90.
Terms and requirements
- Amount from PLN 500 to PLN 20,000, term 30 days. The first loan is capped at PLN 7,000, and applying for a higher amount requires logging in.
- Age from 18 to 78 (according to the Oros.pl FAQ).
- You need your own mobile phone number, a personal bank account and a valid ID card (dowód osobisty). You must be a Polish citizen residing in Poland with full legal capacity.
- You can have only one active loan at Oros.pl. A loan at another institution does not rule out an application, provided you have no arrears there.
- You can repay before the due date.
We did not find rules for extending the repayment date on Oros.pl, so we do not describe them.
Watch out for
- The promotion works only with timely repayment. After the due date you pay the cost from the late-repayment example: PLN 840.90 on PLN 7,000.
- After the due date the lender may charge maximum late-payment interest: twice the sum of the NBP reference rate and 5.5 percentage points per year.
- Long-term non-payment may lead to your data being passed to business information bureaus and to court and enforcement costs.
- The PLN 0.01 registration fee must be sent from your personal account with the transfer title given by Oros.pl. Otherwise the fee will not be accepted.
Not for you if...
- you need more than PLN 7,000 for your first loan;
- you will not repay the full amount within 30 days, because you would lose the promotion;
- you already have an active loan at Oros.pl or arrears at other institutions.
How to apply
The "Weź pożyczkę" (Take a loan) button leads to registration. Next, you transfer the PLN 0.01 registration fee from your personal account with the title "Potwierdzam Warunki Umowy Oros.pl" and your PESEL number. The decision time depends on when the fee reaches Oros.pl's account; a transfer outside working hours or on a holiday means a decision on the next business day. You get the decision by text message or e-mail. According to Oros.pl, the money can arrive in as little as 15 minutes after the decision. It arrives faster at the banks Oros.pl works with: PKO Bank Polski (or Inteligo), Erste, mBank, Alior Bank, Bank Millennium and VeloBank. With another bank the transfer may take one business day.
Summary
Oros.pl has two faces. The first PLN 7,000 loan can cost nothing if you repay it exactly on time. Outside the promotion, the reference point is the 297.57% standard-terms APR (PLN 480.50 of cost on PLN 4,000 in the example), and being late with the promotional loan costs PLN 840.90. Take it only with a firm plan to repay within 30 days.
